2011 Three Way Long Distance Interclub

The 2011 Three-Way Long Distance Interclub was a successful event for CBCC winning the competition with an aggregate of 813 pts. followed by Kaiapoi Photographic Club N.Z.  on 767 pts and Gem Camera Club from Perth W.A. with 735 pts.

Individual Awards went to:

Kaiapoa P.C. Judge’s Best Image – “Bright Eyes” by Barry Feldman – CBCC.
Kaiapoa P.C. Judge’s Merit Award – “Delish” by Ian Creek – CBCC.

Gem C.C. Judge’s Merit Award – “Rowing Out To The Boats” by Colin Klein – CBCC.
Gem C.C. Judge’s Merit Award – “Snow” by Richard Laing – KPC N.Z.
Gem C.C. Judge’s Merit Award – “Wrench” by Roger Lancaster – GCC W.A.

Corio Bay C.C. Judge’s Best Image – “Camp” by Stephen Williams – GCC W.A.
Corio Bay C.C. Judge’s Merit Award – “Delish” by Ian Creek – CBCC.

The overall Highest Individual Scoring image was “Delish” by Ian Creek from CBCC with a score of 44pts. from a possible 45pts.

CBCC Exhibition closes

The Corio Bay Camera Club Exhibition, held in conjunction with the Geelong Seniors Festival over October, closed its doors on Sunday October 28. The exhibition presented over 150 prints and more than 500 projected images and attracted hundreds of visitors from around Geelong and further afield.  [more]
