Colac Camera Club hosted Corio Bay Camera Club on Saturday 14th August for our annual Interclub competition. Images were judged by Duane Eaks from Ivanhoe Photographic Society.

Individual awards were presented in four sections; Small Prints – Open, Large Prints – Open, Projected Images – Open and Projected Images – Set Subject (Action). Perpetual trophies were awarded for overall club aggregate points in Prints and Projected Images.

Night Shoot

Sunday, August 1st, 2010 | Member News | No Comments

Members took advantage of our great location on Thursday 29/7 for a night shoot. The weather was mild, there was no wind and there were some great reflections from ships in the bay. After an hour or so of shooting it was great to be able to step inside for a coffee.

Now that the Club have clubrooms that can be accessed as needed, we are starting up some special interest groups. We have facilitators for two groups so far – an Audiovisual Group and a Portrait Group. Other groups being considered include a Creative Group and a “Click n Chat” Group.

Subpages for these groups have been set up under the “What’s On” page. Information on the groups’ aims and activities will be included there so keep your eye out for updates.
